I have had Jeff and his crew maintaining my yard for several years now. He has always been very professional and quick to respond to and request I have had. He goes above and beyond with suggestions and doing little things to make my yard look better.

Jeff and his team recently completed a full 3/4 acre overhaul/cleanup of a neglected property that I recently purchased. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. Attention to detail was outstanding and they were both professional and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and you shouldn’t hesitate either.

I bought an 85inch tv and asked Jeff to mount it for me, and he did just that. Took him maybe 30-45 minutes. He's always super respectful and treats me like an adult, a lot of men treat young women like they are stupid and take advantage of them. Jeff by far treats me like im an equal.

Jeff is amazing. He does much more then mow, edge, and blow. He is willing to do anything I ask to help me out. Thanks to him, I have a very productive yard. I have grapefruit, orange, satsuma, fig, loquat, nectarine, two varieties of grapes, and blueberries -- all this in a lot that's only 50 feet wide, and this is in addition to roses and many perennials. I could have never done this without his help!

The name Down & Dirty Lawn Service does not begin to cover all of the things this team is capable of doing. Anything from property maintenance or general contracting and many different types of expertise. I had them clean out an area of bad yard management and my neighbor had them remove her swimming pool. This is just an example of the wide diversity of things they can do for you. Jeff and his father Cowboy are straight forward and very respectful in their approach to their business. I would highly recommend trying them for any of your property management jobs. Even if they can’t do something I need done, I will reach out to Jeff and he will put me in contact with someone who can. That’s how much trust I have in them. Jeff and his crew did an excellent job clearing out old bushes, cleaning up our hedges, removing a ton of azaleas, and removing a giant sego palm. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and he came a week before Christmas. A+++ would highly recommend Jeff!

Down & Dirty Lawn Service fixed a problem I was having with an above ground pool installed by different company. Down & Dirty added new valves, better piping, better pipe seals (the old ones leaked), and installed a new pump. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

Jeff installed some landscape lighting at my house. During the installation a irrigation pipe was damaged. Jeff repaired the damage and did an amazing job to ensure I was satisfied.

They had the pool up and water running in it, in two days. He made me feel like me and my family was his best friend. His group of guys treated us with respect, and never talked down to any of us.
