Fall Clean Up

Jeff and his crew did in a day what would have taken my family and I weeks to accomplish. I called looking for an estimate to clear overgrowth of my childhood home in Sopchoppy that's been sitting empty following my father's passing. I just moved back to FL and came home to a jungle. I was overwhelmed by all that needed to be done to get it looking decent so that we can fix the house up to enjoy. Jeff was a professional from the first phone call to the final call to show me the results and make sure I was happy with the work. They left it looking better than it was while my parents were alive. It was a lot to clear out given it's surrounded by forest. They even cleared the things around the house and garage that my dad accumulated for decades but that are not worth keeping or trying to sale. I'm glad I added that on. It cleared up a lot of eyesores stuff. Absolutely outstanding work. It's hard to find pros like Jeff. I appreciated the multiple video calls to go over everything on the property that needed to be tackled and that helps make sure there is zero miscommunication and confusion. Even warned me about a dead tree that needs to be removed before it takes out someone or the house. He has a contact for that. I'll set up regular service to have them come back to keep the growth in check. Definitely highly recommend this business. Worth every penny. Thank you, Jeff!

The name Down & Dirty Lawn Service does not begin to cover all of the things this team is capable of doing. Anything from property maintenance or general contracting and many different types of expertise. I had them clean out an area of bad yard management and my neighbor had them remove her swimming pool. This is just an example of the wide diversity of things they can do for you. Jeff and his father Cowboy are straight forward and very respectful in their approach to their business. I would highly recommend trying them for any of your property management jobs. Even if they can’t do something I need done, I will reach out to Jeff and he will put me in contact with someone who can. That’s how much trust I have in them. Jeff and his crew did an excellent job. Went way above and beyond my expectations.

I bought an 85inch tv and asked Jeff to mount it for me, and he did just that. Took him maybe 30-45 minutes. He's always super respectful and treats me like an adult, a lot of men treat young women like they are stupid and take advantage of them. Jeff by far treats me like im an equal.

Jeff and his team replaced my above ground pool liner on 03/16/2026, They also installed pool padding, foam siding and coving. Additionally they converted the pool from hoses with clamps to PVC lines and it makes a world of difference in the function of the pump. They did a great job, punctual and very polite and I would say without reservation did a GREAT JOB.

I have had Jeff and his crew maintaining my yard for several years now. He has always been very professional and quick to respond to and request I have had. He goes above and beyond with suggestions and doing little things to make my yard look better.

I posted on Facebook looking for a lawn service asap and Jeff messaged me, came out to my house to give a quote and got to work all in the same day which was way more than I expected. Him, Taylor and Cody did an excellent job, exactly what I needed and more! It looks so much better, I am very happy! Edit: I would like to add very honest as well. 40 dollars was under my matt for my previous lawn service, it blew out from under the matt with the leaf blower and Jeff knocked on my door and returned it!

Jeff and his guys came out and did my pool setup today. It is an Intex 24'x52" above ground. It was hot AF today, but they powered through and stayed until the job was finished. They bring out all the equipment and excavate and get it properly leveled and looking great. They are extremely kind and I would absolutely hire them for anything else I need done . Thanks y'all!

Jeff and his team recently completed a full 3/4 acre overhaul/cleanup of a neglected property that I recently purchased. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. Attention to detail was outstanding and they were both professional and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and you shouldn’t hesitate either.

Jeff and his crew put an above ground pool for us. They did a great job! We are so happy with the finished job. Our ground was pretty uneven and they dug out all the roots and packed the dirt. There are no wrinkles at all in the bottom.

Jeff is amazing. He does much more then mow, edge, and blow. He is willing to do anything I ask to help me out. Thanks to him, I have a very productive yard. I have grapefruit, orange, satsuma, fig, loquat, nectarine, two varieties of grapes, and blueberries -- all this in a lot that's only 50 feet wide, and this is in addition to roses and many perennials. I could have never done this without his help!

He replaced the liner on my pool and did an amazing job. If I ever had a question I could call him. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Jeff installed some landscape lighting at my house. During the installation a irrigation pipe was damaged. Jeff repaired the damage and did an amazing job to ensure I was satisfied.
