Jeff and his team did an amazing job cleaning up debris left by another contractor. They went above and also graded a low area at no extra charge. Great people to work with.

The name Down & Dirty Lawn Service does not begin to cover all of the things this team is capable of doing. Anything from property maintenance or general contracting and many different types of expertise. I had them clean out an area of bad yard management and my neighbor had them remove her swimming pool. This is just an example of the wide diversity of things they can do for you. Jeff and his father Cowboy are straight forward and very respectful in their approach to their business. I would highly recommend trying them for any of your property management jobs. Even if they can’t do something I need done, I will reach out to Jeff and he will put me in contact with someone who can. That’s how much trust I have in them. Jeff and his crew put an above ground pool for us. They did a great job! We are so happy with the finished job. Our ground was pretty uneven and they dug out all the roots and packed the dirt. There are no wrinkles at all in the bottom.

Jeff and his team recently completed a full 3/4 acre overhaul/cleanup of a neglected property that I recently purchased. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. Jeff and his guys came out and did my pool setup today. It is an Intex 24'x52" above ground. It was hot AF today, but they powered through and stayed until the job was finished. They bring out all the equipment and excavate and get it properly leveled and looking great. They are extremely kind and I would absolutely hire them for anything else I need done . Thanks y'all!

I bought an 85inch tv and asked Jeff to mount it for me, and he did just that. Took him maybe 30-45 minutes. He's always super respectful and treats me like an adult, a lot of men treat young women like they are stupid and take advantage of them. Jeff by far treats me like im an equal.

Jeff installed some landscape lighting at my house. During the installation a irrigation pipe was damaged. Jeff repaired the damage and did an amazing job to ensure I was satisfied.

They had the pool up and water running in it, in two days. He made me feel like me and my family was his best friend. His group of guys treated us with respect, and never talked down to any of us.
