Jeff and his crew did in a day what would have taken my family and I weeks to accomplish. I called looking for an estimate to clear overgrowth of my childhood home in Sopchoppy that's been sitting empty following my father's passing. I just moved back to FL and came home to a jungle. I was overwhelmed by all that needed to be done to get it looking decent so that we can fix the house up to enjoy. Jeff was a professional from the first phone call to the final call to show me the results and make sure I was happy with the work. They left it looking better than it was while my parents were alive. It was a lot to clear out given it's surrounded by forest. They even cleared the things around the house and garage that my dad accumulated for decades but that are not worth keeping or trying to sale. I'm glad I added that on. It cleared up a lot of eyesores stuff. Absolutely outstanding work. It's hard to find pros like Jeff. I appreciated the multiple video calls to go over everything on the property that needed to be tackled and that helps make sure there is zero miscommunication and confusion. Even warned me about a dead tree that needs to be removed before it takes out someone or the house. He has a contact for that. I'll set up regular service to have them come back to keep the growth in check. Definitely highly recommend this business. Worth every penny. Thank you, Jeff!

We originally had our semi above-ground pool installed by another company, and it was done incorrectly. It was uneven, unstable, and not safe to use. We had to take everything down. Jeff came in after the fact, and completely redid the installation the right way. He took his time, checked every detail, and made sure everything was level and secure. You can tell he actually cares about the quality of his work. The difference was night and day. I wish we would have went with him first! Highly recommend Jeff if you want it done right the first time.

Him, Taylor and Cody did an excellent job, exactly what I needed and more! It looks so much better, I am very happy! Anything from property maintenance or general contracting and many different types of expertise. I had them clean out an area of bad yard management and my neighbor had them remove her swimming pool. This is just an example of the wide diversity of things they can do for you. Jeff and his father Cowboy are straight forward and very respectful in their approach to their business. I would highly recommend trying them for any of your property management jobs.
